Refund policy

Returns

All our products are made to order, and returns are not accepted. 

Our sales items, inculding ex-show display or studio display are sold as is, all sales are final. 

If your art arrives damaged, you are required to take a photo of the damaged art and packaging and contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Your email will be reviewed and we will contact you about the matter. 

If accepted, the customer is responsible for returning the damaged art to Beckon Pty Ltd at the customer's expense to our Australian location. 

Customers will be given a credit toward another artwork once the damaged art is received and has been agreed as damaged.

This process could take several weeks. 

We do not issue refunds since our products are made to order.
